TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1. Driver's working hour is 10 hrs a day and 6 days a week. Seventh day duty and the National/ Government holidays will be considered as fully Overtime duty.
2. Driver's overtime rate is Tk. 40/= per hour.
3. Incase of driver's night stay outside Dhaka City , driver's Outstation Allowance (OSA) will be charged @ Tk. 500/= per night to cover accommodation and food of the driver. The OSA is to be paid against the invoice only.
4. Way expenses (toll, ferry, parking etc.) will be charged with invoice.
5. Car Brand & Mode are depending on subject to availability.
6. The rental agreement is exclusively for chauffeur driven vehicle & Client is not allowed to drive Autarky tours RENT -A- CAR vehicle.
7. Clients have to inform Autarky tours RENT -A- CAR about their requirement before 72 Hrs.
8. Client will have to pay the rental amount in advance on booking.
9. Lead-time of payment is 07 days after submission the invoice.
10. Autarky tours RENT -A- CAR reserves all rights to change any vehicle or driver to ensure satisfactory service
